Hmm... I know a few places that I found when Iris has had me all deer-jinba, and at least one of them had decent tea. Not the best, but they make up for it with their pastries, if you're willing to deal with the trade off. Their outside tables are nice and low and have these big, long cushions for sitting or kneeling, it works out.
